Request a refund

For a self-paced course, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Course access starts immediately after confirmed payment. For a live cohort, the 30-day window starts on the cohort start date.

No lesson-completion requirement. Submit your request at /refund. Once we verify your purchase and that the request is within the applicable window, we refund the full amount paid and cancel any remaining installments for that purchase. Access to the refunded purchase ends; other purchases are unaffected.

This policy covers the self-paced course and live cohort. Other products and services follow the terms agreed at purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Use the email from your purchase. A reason is optional. Please do not include passwords, card details or other sensitive information.

If the form is unavailable, email stewart@kaplanholdingsllc.com. We use the date you first submit your request or contact us about it when checking the refund window.
