Resources and programs

Our resources provide education and implementation guidance. You are responsible for your use of them and for following Reddit’s rules and the rules of communities where you participate.

Results depend on your business, team, market and execution. We do not guarantee revenue, audience growth, search rankings or protection from platform enforcement.

Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment. Each purchase is a one-time payment unless you separately agree to different written terms. No membership or recurring charge is created by these website purchases.

An optional upgrade is a separate purchase. Saving a payment method does not authorize an upgrade until you explicitly choose it.

Access and delivery

Digital access is provided after confirmed payment. If payment is still processing, access may be delayed until it settles. Contact us if you have paid but cannot access your purchase.

Training is for use by your business and its authorized team. Do not resell or redistribute the materials.

Coaching and services

Coaching schedules, availability, responsibilities and done-for-you scope are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Hiring, staffing and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.

Course and cohort refunds

For a self-paced course, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Course access starts immediately after confirmed payment. For a live cohort, the 30-day window starts on the cohort start date.

No lesson-completion requirement. Submit your request at /refund. Once we verify your purchase and that the request is within the applicable window, we refund the full amount paid and cancel any remaining installments for that purchase. Access to the refunded purchase ends; other purchases are unaffected.

This policy covers the self-paced course and live cohort. Other products and services follow the terms agreed at purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
